Everyday Foundations Intensive
starting at $1,250.00
Comprehensive initial package designed to build your strategy, set up your home materials, and coach you live through implementation.
Includes:
Initial Consultation & Functional Assessment
Custom Plan Development & Visual Materials (Schedules, charts, PECS/AAC supports)
Data Collection Setup & Review
4-Week Coaching Intensive (8 hours of combined 1:1 parent training (Strategy, technique instruction, and plan review and live or virtual observation (direct coaching support while you implement techniques live)
Optional Add-On: Between-appointment email support available upon request.
Step 3:
Everyday Continuity Subscription
Maintain momentum after completing your 4-Week Foundation Intensive. This recurring monthly subscription offers ongoing 1:1 guidance to fine-tune behavioral techniques, modify intervention plans, and adapt strategies as your child grows. Sessions can be dedicated to live coaching during real-time routines (e.g., bedtime, mealtime, or transitions), IEP advocacy, or navigating new behavioral shifts when you need support most.

Monthly Support | $125 / month
Includes 60 minutes of total monthly support (one 60-minute session or two 30-minute sessions).
Biweekly Support | $250 / month
Includes 2 hours of total monthly support (one 60-minute session every other week, flexible layout).
Weekly Support | $500 / month
Includes 4 hours of total monthly support (one 60-minute session every week).
Standalone Ad-On Specialty Programs
Standalone, goal-specific programs available without a formal behavioral consultation package. All specialty programs and target protocols listed below are fully integrated into your Everyday Foundations Intensive and ongoing support is provided through Everyday Continuity Subscription at no additional cost. These standalone packages are specifically designed for families who only need targeted support for a single, focused milestone.
Intensive PECS & AAC Communication Jumpstart
Starting at $750
Rapid home implementation of visual communication systems or speech-generating devices to give your child a functional voice at home.
Includes: Custom PECS material creation (or an extra 30-minute consultation session if working with an AAC device), 1 month of bi-weekly 30-minute training sessions, and daily email support
Homework & Routines Support Package
Starting at $350
Targeted strategies to eliminate home study resistance, build independent work habits, and establish smooth after-school routines.
Includes: Custom workspace/task organization setup, visual step-by-step schedules, and 1 month of weekly check-ins to build momentum.
Intensive Potty Training Program
Starting at $500
A structured, step-by-step home protocol designed to take the stress out of toilet training.
Includes: Physical training materials, custom visual schedules, and 1 month of weekly or bi-weekly coaching calls.
Special Event & Transition Planning
Starting at $250
Targeted strategy sessions to prepare your child and home for major routine shifts like plane/car travel, hotel stays, moving, a new baby or pet added to the family, starting a sport, or starting a new school year.
Includes: Custom transition protocol and 2 hours of coaching (structured as two 60-minute calls or four 30-minute calls across 2 weeks).
